About Tima...
Tima S. Dowding was born in December, 1974 and currently resides in Edmonton Alberta, Canada, with her husband, son, and her beagle Roxy. Although she has lived here for many years she considers herself a Torontonian and cheers for her favourite CFL team, The Toronto Argonauts.
She’s a former Wedding and Special Events Planner and in the past has donated much of her time to volunteer work within the public schools and with the Autism Society.
Tima stays at home full time now to raise her teenage Autistic son and to write in her spare time. Her two older sons have grown up moved away. She enjoys golfing, camping, reading, going to the mountains and relaxing with her husband over a glass of wine.

In her down time you will find Tima with her kids and husband, playing with her dog or reading. Her favourite authors include Terry Goodkind, David Eddings, Kim Harrison and John Saul, and J.R.R. Tolkien.

Tima has always had a passion for writing and was encouraged by her favourite teacher, Miss Lori Holton to write. With a soft spot for romance, she took her love of writing and wrote her first book Silver Mountain, which she Self-Published in 2017. She also enjoys writing poetry and hopes to one day publish a book of her favourite works.

Tima took a break from writing for a few years to focus on her family, but will be coming out with a new book in late 2025!
